Sean Khurana has been named CLtel’s new Chief Executive Officer, bringing his wealth of experience and proven track record of leadership, strategic growth, and innovation to CLtel.

Khurana has extensive experience in corporate strategy and business growth across the telecom and infrastructure sectors. He drove record growth as President of Cavern Technologies, a family-owned data center business in the Kansas City area. At Sprint in Overland Park, Kansas, he served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Vice President for Strategic Programs and Business Operations. Khurana also served as Vice President of Product Marketing for Cablevision in New York.
Khurana has built and maintained strong relationships with industry peers, partners, and stakeholders throughout his career, fostering collaboration and driving business opportunities.

Khurana has an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University. He serves on several boards, including the Board & Finance Committee at Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas City. Khurana is also recognized as a civic leader and was inducted into the “Kansas City Tomorrow” group by the Kansas City Civic Council.
Jan, Tom, and Chris Lovell remain actively involved in the family-owned company. Chris Lovell has been named Chief Growth Officer and will spearhead new business and investment opportunities, focusing on market expansion, strategic initiatives, and industry partnerships. Chris also holds leadership roles with several national and state telecom organizations and continues his work with Operation IFAST (ISPs Fight Against Sex Trafficking). He also serves on the board of the North Iowa Corridor Economic Development Corporation. Jan and Tom Lovell are guiding the transition and will continue to be actively involved as board members, shareholders, and in the community.
