How many TV's can I hook up to CLVISION?

An unlimited number can be hooked up to any of the three different video streams. If you want to watch more than three different channels at the same time, you will need another set top box.

When the power goes off, why does it take a while for my TV to come back on?

The set top box has to reboot to put the guide information back in. This can take up to 10 minutes.

How do I get information posted on the Community Channel?

Be sure to include a contact name and phone number. The information must be of community-wide interest and we reserve the right to edit information.

You only need one set top box. But if you want to have more than three channels to be viewed at one time, you need an additional gateway.

CLVISION is already available in some rural areas. In the past we have made significant strides toward our goal of extending service to all rural customers in the Clear Lake and Ventura area. We will announce any further progress.

Can I connect my surround sound system to CLVISION?

Yes, CLVISION technicians will assist you in connecting your surround sound, with either digital or analog inputs. Even if you don't have a surround sound system, CLVISION audio can be connected to your home stereo system for enjoyment of the numerous music channels.

Why doesn't my surround sound system show Dolby 5.1 in use?

CLVISION is Dolby 5.1 capable, however only a small percentage of your total programming package is available in Dolby 5.1.

CLVISION HD is a subscribed service.  Call 357-2111 to sign up.

No, CLVISION works with any TV with RF, RCA composite, or S-video connections.

No, unlike satellite service, all of your favorite local stations are included in CLVISION.
